It’s almost Valentine’s Day, and many of us are just now starting to make big plans for the holiday. Several restaurants are offering special menus for the weekend, and Reflections Restaurant is one of those. Reflections is just close enough to downtown Lancaster for a short trip, but also far enough off the beaten path, making it feel like a mini destination meal.
Reflections is also offering several vegetarian and gluten-free options for the special weekend.
If you are vegetarian, Taysted suggests you make a meal, starting with their rich Baked Tomato Bisque and some Spinach Artichoke Dip. Their Eggplant Lasagna Stack, layered with Portobello mushrooms, roasted red peppers, spinach, rosemary, pesto, and fresh mozzarella, will round out your meal perfectly.
If you prefer gluten-free meals, Taysted suggests the Pan Seared Tuna, served with seaweed salad, wasabi, sweet chili sauce, and cucumber wasabi as an appetizer. Then, perhaps you may enjoy their Spinach Salad which is served with apples, sundried cranberries, walnuts, feta, and a delicious poppy seed dressing. Finish your meal with a decadent Filet or Dry Aged Strip served with bearnaise and fingerling potatoes (which you can add crab-stuffed shrimp or a crabcake to). Or, their Seafood Manicotti, stuffed with shrimp, scallops, crab, and cheese covered in marinara sauce and served with garlic bread.
They are also serving Savory Chicken Crepes (stuffed with a wild mushroom blend, shaved fennel, and morney sauce), Duck Breast A’lorange (with citrus almond rice pilaf), Seared Salmon (covered in chipotle glaze with apple celery root slaw), Broiled Lump Crabcakes (with wild rice pilaf, fresh vegetables, and tartar), and a drunken Pork Chop (served with a port reduction and cranberry quinoa). All entrees are served with a house salad.
Reflections is known for their excellent, knowledgeable staff and comforting atmosphere. Make your reservation now!
