We all learned in ninth grade that you can’t freeze alcohol in a typical freezer; the temperature simply cannot go low enough. So then, we ask with great incredulousness, how did Josh Funk and Kyle McLaughlin of Annie Bailey’s create the beercicles and liquor pops? Why, it must be magic! Whatever voodoo they do to make these refreshing adult treats, we’re sold. A version made with Thistle Finch whiskey is in the works as well. What better way to thumb your nose at the heat of a summer’s day than with a throwback to the carefree days of youth, but with an adult twist. Very cool. (Literally!)
