Spring Soups

There is nothing a bowl of soup can’t fix. As the flowers bloom and the leaves become green again, the wind is still blowing all around us. Continue keeping warm with some of these delicious springtime soups! Focus on seasonal spring vegetables likes carrots, asparagus, radishes, spring onions, and sugar snap peas. Everything tastes better with a little shredded chicken, too! A little zip of lemon juice never hurt, either.
