Our philosophy on food is pretty straightforward. It should be simple, real, and of course, really good. When you look at our menu you’ll see that’s exactly what we focus on doing.
It’s simple: sandwiches, soups, salads and such. It’s real. We use seasonal produce that we get from a forager who takes the time to visit local farms and gather the best vegetables and fruits, cage-free Lancaster County eggs, and natural dairy and cheeses.
The “really good” part? Well of course we think it is; that’s why we make it the way we do! But we’ll let you decide on your own. Stop by for breakfast, lunch, or Sunday brunch when we feature a few special dishes like our Breakfast on the Farm (potato and veggie hash, a house spiced pulled pork topped with two poached farm fresh eggs) or our Meadow Medley (toasted ciabatta, goat cheese, seasonal greens like arugula or spinach, avocado, tomato, and lemon oil topped with two poached farm fresh eggs).
Guess you could say that’s our “Foodlosophy”: simple, real, and really good!
