Harvest Moon Bagel Co., Lancaster’s source for hand rolled, organic bagel creations by Chelsea Zawisa, is hosting a four-course, family style, Polish pop-up dinner from 5 to 7 p.m., August 13, at Commonwealth Kitchen & Café. You won’t want to miss this. The event is BYOB. Tickets are $35 per person.
Inspired by a recent family trip to Poland, Zawisa, who has worked in the kitchens of some of Lancaster’s favorite restaurants and cafés, will prepare from scratch a fresh menu of traditional Polish fare that includes homemade sourdough bread, sweet and savory pierogis, and tasty Polish desserts, among other delights as listed on the menu below.

- Beet borscht with cucumber salad
