Fresh and crisp vegetables line one side of the plate, while smoky fire grilled flat bread rests on the other. In between the beautiful array of vegetables and pita lie three types of dip made in house: garlic hummus, olive tapenade, and baba ganoush. The vegetables included red peppers, carrots, cucumber, and celery. What a lovely and healthy way to begin a meal! Our favorite was the olive tapenade.
