Enjoy the favorite flavors of summertime at the Belvedere Inn. Their specials menu features Fried Oysters, Pan Seared Grouper, and Duck Confit Carbonara, created by Executive Chef Corinna Killian.
Fried Oysters. This crispy, fun small plate of fried oysters is served with a spicy Old Bay aioli and pickled mango salsa, our favorite flavors of summertime.
Pan Seared Grouper. This delectable pan seared grouper is served atop a strawberry-beet risotto cake, and is served with puree of carrot, braised local black Tuscan kale. It is finished with an orange miso sauce.
Duck Confit Carbonara. This rich duck confit carbonara begins with white wine, sauteed garlic, and shallots. It is then served with linguini pasta, seared prosciutto, parmesan cheese, braised kale, and caramelized onions. The dish is topped off with an egg yolk and fine herbs.
