Belvedere Inn: Chef Killian’s Crab Cakes

You may have seen the FLL staff wandering around in their Wacker Brewing Company t-shirts handing out free beer tokens on First Friday. We were giving out tokens to individuals who looked thirsty and ready to try the special beer that Wacker Brewing Company created just for us, Anniversary Ale.

After hitting the streets and taking photographs of all our thirst-quenched victims, we enjoyed a fabulous dinner at Belvedere Inn.

I decided to try Chef Killian’s Crab Cakes. Using a family recipe, Chef Corinna Killian creates a masterful and delicious dish. The crab cakes rest on top of buttery root vegetable smash and stacked asparagus, and is finished off with a delicios citrus buerre blanc.

I would definitely recommend trying these crab cakes off of their seasonal dinner menu.
